Our Commitment to Child Safety

Guthi has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We are firmly committed to protecting children from harm on our platform. Any content, behaviour, or activity that sexually exploits or abuses minors — including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Prohibited Content & Behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on Guthi and will not be tolerated under any circumstances:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, audio, or written content that sexually exploits a minor
Grooming — communicating with a minor to facilitate sexual contact or exploitation
Sexual solicitation of minors — requesting sexual acts, content, or conversations from anyone under 18
Sextortion — using real or fabricated sexual content to coerce, blackmail, or extort a minor
Trafficking of minors — facilitating the recruitment, transportation, or exploitation of minors
Any other form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)

In-App Reporting Mechanism

Guthi provides users with an in-app mechanism to report harmful content or behaviour. To report content that violates these Child Safety Standards:

Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on any post, message, profile, or listing
Select Report
Choose the category that best describes the issue (e.g. “Child safety” or “Harmful content”)
Add any additional details and submit

All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be suspended immediately and reported to law enforcement where required.

How We Address Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

When Guthi becomes aware of CSAM on our platform, we take the following immediate actions:

Immediately remove the content and suspend the responsible account
Preserve all relevant evidence in accordance with legal obligations
Report the content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline
Report to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE) where applicable
Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

Legal Compliance

Guthi complies with all applicable Australian and international laws and regulations relating to child safety, including the Online Safety Act 2021 (Australia), the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Australia), and all other applicable child protection legislation. We cooperate with the Australian eSafety Commissioner and relevant law enforcement agencies, and we report to regional and national authorities as required by law.

These Child Safety Standards apply to all users of the Guthi platform and app, including web, iOS, and Android. Violations will result in account termination and may be referred to law enforcement.
